The burglary detection, and access control, solution from CSC consists of 5 components; keypads, intercom, cameras with recording, infra-red detection in each unit and of course an alarm. Due to the self-storage management software the key-pads and infra-red detection can be programmed to be tailor made for each unit and tenant.
The access control system consists of the keypads and is often combined with access control software. The keypads are used to enter the facility while, in combination with the software package, a tenant can also use the app to enter the facility. If your self-storage facility supports our unmanned operational system, the tenant can also use the app to enter their self-storage unit.
The data provided through the software gives information over all access details. This way you always keep an overview of the movements of your tenants within your self-storage building.

The infra-red detection, or so called Boxwatcher, is equipped in each unit. It detects movement and connects to the access control data and checks whether it corresponds to the access of the facility. Through the app you can see incoming security alarms in your business and they can be deactivated if necessary. They are also light-sensitive and respond to any form of sabotage.
