We have developed a unique in house solution for ready to use self-storage warehouses tailored for professional use. Our self-storage Pro Unit combines fast, flexible installation with all the functionality required for a professional warehouse.
Pro Unit’s sizes and dimensions
The base module measures 5 × 10 metres, providing 50 m² of self-storage space. With a clear height of 4.5 metres, this modular warehouse is ideal for storing machinery, vans, commercial vehicles and professional equipment.
By connecting multiple Pro Units, we can quickly create larger self-storage or workspace areas in multiples of 50 m². Additional height can be added with a self-storage mezzanine in the unit.
Existing Pro Units can be expanded at any time, allowing your warehouse space to grow flexibly with your business and support long term storage capacity.
Materials
Installation is quick and efficient. Only a concrete base slab is required on site, while our specialised assembly teams handle the full self-storage installation..
As experienced self-storage manufacturers, the complete structure is prefabricated in our workshop by skilled craftsmen. The outer shell uses insulated sandwich panels and the roof is fully insulated.
Your self-storage warehouse is delivered with integrated lighting. The roller door includes automation and an electric lock for secure and easy access.
